Information Center
An Information Centre has been established in the Colombo Municipal Council and is located on the ground floor of the Town Hall building, near the main entrance.
The aim of this centre is to provide an efficient communication process so that the needs of the rate payers could be attended quickly.
Any rate payer who needs assistance and wishes to contact any section of the Colombo Municipal Council even after office hours would be able to do so through the following numbers.

The Information Centre is opened to public from 7.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. and a Complaint Desk from 8.00 p.m to 7.30 a.m - thus maintaining a 24 hour service.
