- 4. Depend On The Weather Conditions and Government Regulation ( Eg : Election Circulars) Reservation Could Be Cancelled After A Short Notice .
- 5. On Special Occasion Due To Unavoidable Circurmstances wise in the CMC the reservations could be cancelled with a short notice .
- 6. Do Not Alow Any Vehicles To Enter The Play Grounds .
- 7. For Cricket Ground if Mattting Is Available Could Be Provided By Extra Rs 5,000 /=
