Reception Halls Reservations – Terms And Conditions.

  • Availability From 8.00 am To 10.00 p.m. For Extra Hours Have To Pay Accordingly .
  • Refundable Depoiste Will Be Relaeased Only If No Damages Has Been Caused To The o Physical resoures . ( With The Reccomandation Of Playground Instructors ) . If The Damages Exceed The Deposit Have To Bear That Amount In Person .
  • Depend On The Government Regulation ( Eg : Election Circulars) Reservation Could Be Cancelled After A Short Notice .
  • On Special Occasion Due To Unavoidable Circurmstances Arise in the CMC the reservations could be cancelled with a short notice .
  • Do Not Alow to cook any meal inside And DO Not Provide Overnight Accomadation .
  • Reservations Could Be Cancelled Only After a Prior NoticeTo The Department Of Playground And Recreations Before 7 Working Days To The Reservations . In such Occasions Only 75 % Of The Payments And The Refundable Deposit Will Be Released .
  • It Is Prohibited To Bring Explosives Or Wepons to The Premises .
  • Within 01 Hours You Should Remove All The Extra Equipments And Other Things Belongs To You ( Taken From Outside ) From The Premises .
