   • This should submitted through registered CMC contractor
2. Approved building plan
3. Development permit
4. Water sanction letter
5. Recently paid water/ electricity bill
6. Application processing fee reciept

• Fire confirmation
• Solid Waste Management confirmation
• Environmental confirmation
• Security confirmation
• Qualified Persons Certificates
• The documents to be submitted at the time of obtaining Certificate of Conformity according to the Development Permit

Submissions will be accepted by the Receiving Counter of the City Planning Division, Town Hall, Colombo 07.
