I am happy to mention that the rate payers can now pay rates and taxes online. This web site also contains a facility to receive requests and complaints for continuous improvement of our services. I do sincerely hope that the people of the other parts of the world and Srilankans living overseas will be able to be in touch with Colombo's development activities and come up with new proposals for investments.
